This single day program covers all aspects of tightening strategies for bolts, screws and nuts. Inch and Metric products are both well presented. Optionally, students may wish to go more in-depth and attend the advanced follow on course.

This program is intended for suppliers, specifiers, buyers, users, installers and inspectors of structural bolting.

Students will gain hands-on experience in testing, installing and specifying structural bolting products.

This single day program will train you in all aspects of commercial fastener thread inspection.

You will gain hands on experience with ring and plug gages, variable gaging, vison systems, optical comparators and other thread measuring methods.

Inch and Metric products are both well presented.

Optionally, students may wish to go more in-depth and attend the advanced follow on course.

This program will train you in all the other aspects of commercial fastener inspection.

You will gain hands on experience with standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage pins an blocks as well as special gages such as recess penetration gages, wobble gages, hex-recess gages and physical testing for the fastener supplier.
